In the next five years, volunteering for nature protection in Serbia is gaining additional recognition through the award “Volunteers are Nature’s Peers“!

We are opening this year’s contest within the project “Together for the Environment” funded by the USAID, implemented by the Belgrade Open School.

Civil society organizations and institutions are invited to nominate volonteers through the online application form where more information on the award procedure and criteria may be found.

Selection Committee comprising experts and nature enthusiasts will chose the best candidate. The awarding ceremony will be held on the 22nd of May, 2023, on the International Biodiversity Day.

For more information about the „Volonteers are Nature’s Peers“ contest, please contact Young Researchers of Serbia at 011 311 13 14.
